I purchased this item a couple of days before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised to receive it a few days later. I had a minor issue with the size and detail, so Joy agreed to take it back and make adjustments. For my approval before shipping the bangle back to me, she sent me a short video of the changes she had made. The bangle arrived just a few days later with the exact adjustments I'd requested. A beautiful piece. I highly recommend Wild Prairie for the quality of their work and their excellent communication. Thank you Joy!
